Door Stuck Closed Due To Failed Mechanism

Lucky Phone & Vape Store on Tonge Moor Road contacted us earlier; as their front door was stuck closed. We arrived less than 20 minutes after the initial phone call and set to work getting it open.

The entire mechanism had jammed in the locked position due to the back of the gearbox blowing out (common fault with these gearboxes). We manipulated the mechanism & hinges to allow for enough room to access the hooks, and popped the door open in no time😁

Entry Gained, Gearbox Replaced, Hinges Readjusted & Door Re-Aligned. The door is now back to working perfectly once again ready for the builders to get the rest of the shop built👌
