Key Stuck In Lock

This customer was unable to remove the key from their back door lock, consequentially meaning they couldn’t lock the door either.🔒😣

This is obviously a serious security concern, so we headed over as soon as physically possible to get it sorted for them.💨

We got the old lock removed after a short while, before replacing the faulty lock with a brand new Anti-Snap, Anti-Pick, Anti-Drill Lock supplied with 5x Keys.🔑

We also recommended a door re-alignment & a possible gearbox change, as the door was rather clunky when we were carrying out the complimentary door service. We will be back to get it perfect as soon as the customer is available. 😁
