Nightlatch Lockout

We got a call on Monday afternoon from a worried customer who was locked out of their house.

They never recieved a key for the rim cylinder / nightlatch lock when they bought the house, so had just been using the secondary lock to secure the door (along with the main front porch door), however the nightlatch must’ve accidentally been knocked on their way out, as it was engaged when they got home.

With a little Frenchie stuck inside it was imperative we got to work quickly, luckily for this little pooch this is our bread and butter. Our customer was back inside reunited with their furry friend in no time.
