UPVC Door Stuck Closed Won't Open

This customer contacted us as their tenant was stuck outside in the cold due to the door being stuck closed🥶🚪

We got the door open & let the tenants back into the warmth before removing the mechanism from the door and diagnosing the broken gearbox.

We replaced the fake copy gearbox with a new GENUINE high quality version, before servicing the full mechanism and re timing it.✅

We refit the mechanism back into the door, then re-aligned the door & strikeplates to ensure the gearbox doesn’t fail again due to stress from the alignment being out.🤓
