Aluminium Door Won't Lock

We were contacted by a customer in Tottington who was having trouble locking their old aluminium door.

The door has been in service for 30 years, so it’s definitely put in a decent shift. We did some digging and found that the main gearbox on the mechanism had started to fail, with the latch getting stuck in & starting to become very clunky.
