Mechanism Re-Timing

This customer contacted us as their door was struggling to open / close. After diagnosing the issue, we noticed that the timing in the mechanism had jumped, causing the strip to protrude from the door, which in turn was catching on the strike plate, preventing the door from opening & closing as it should.

We re-timed the mechanism and gave the door a service, leaving it as good as new!
