3 Star Lock & Handle Replacement

3 Star Ultion Lock & a new set of handles for this customer after they unfortunately fell victim to a scammer on Google, who was claiming to be a locksmith.

They completely destroyed the lock for no reason other than to be able to charge extra on the bill for a new lock, along with denting and scratching the handles & doorframe as they didn’t know what they were doing. They also claimed to have installed a 3 Star Rated cylinder when it was just a bog standard lock.

Please do your due diligence when hiring tradesmen. We attend so many jobs like this and it’s always very upsetting to see people after being scammed and taken advantage of. Always check a companies reviews on Google & Facebook before hiring, however word of mouth is ALWAYS the best way. You can’t fake word of mouth!
