Interior Door Handle Broken

This customer had an interior door with a faulty handle - We had a look and found that the spring in the latch had failed, along with the handle spring snapping. This was causing the door handle to be floppy & not return to its correct position.

New latch & a handle spring replacement left the door good as new!
