Valentines Day Lockout

This customer in Edenfield contacted us at night on Valentines Day, as they were stuck outside in the 0° weather🥶😳

They were having trouble opening their front door, the key was turning in the lock but was getting stuck halfway round, preventing the bolt from sliding over to the unlocked position.

We got the failed lock into the open position and let the customers back inside before replacing the faulty lock with a brand new 5-Lever British Standard Mortice Lock!
