Mortice Lock Replacement

This customer in Bromley Cross contacted us as her door was getting stuck when it was being opened.

We attended within an hour of the initial call, before we had a look and found the lock to be faulty. Thich was causing the latch to protrude from the door further than it should, meaning the latch was getting caught on the strike plate; preventing the door from opening.

We got the lock swapped out for a new 5-Lever British Standard Lock & the door is now working once again!
