Belmont - Window Won't Open

A customer in Belmont got in touch as their bathroom window was no longer opening😟. The recent 30° weather had made the window being closed unbearable, so they contacted us to get it sorted.☀️🔥

The handle was moving, however the window still wouldn’t open, which is a sure sign that the mechanism has failed.😱

We used some locksmith magic tricks to manipulate the failed mechanism into the open position in order to open the window & replace the mechanism. 🧙

Once the window was open, we removed the old broken mechanism before identifying it & replacing it with a genuine replacement part. ✅
