Key Spinning in Lock

This customers door was becoming increasingly difficult to lock, and occasionally the key would just spin in the lock without locking / unlocking the door.

We got the door stripped before diagnosing the issue and replacing the gearbox, then re-aligned the door to ensure the bolts and hooks were engaging correctly. Door is now working perfectly once again!😁
