This customer got in touch with us at around 9pm after arriving home & making the soul crushing discovery that they’d lost their keys somewhere on their journey. It was a rather nippy 2°, so not the most ideal temperature to be stuck outside!🥶

We headed over and got there as soon as the speed limit allowed, only to find a decent level security lock with security handles on top. Always nice to see proper security on people’s properties, just not when you’re the one picking it!😆
