Patio Door Re-Alignment & Gearbox Change

This customer in Harwood contacted us as their patio doors were getting caught on the frame & the handle was difficult to lift up/push down. There was also a large gap at the bottom of the door which was letting a draught in.

We realigned both doors to get them working perfectly again, however unfortunately the gearbox had been damaged due to the doors being misaligned. Luckily we stock 100s of types of gearboxes, so there was no waiting around or second visits for the customer - Part swapped out for a genuine replacement on the same visit!

Doors are now working better than when they were installed!
