Window Won't Lock

This customer in Lostock had a window that wouldn't lock - This is an obvious security risk & invalidates your home insurance in the event of a burglary.

They have had this window fixed twice previously by the building contractors, however it broke soon after both times - Unfortunately their warranty has now ran out, so finding a cost effective yet long lasting solution was top priority!
