Window Won't Open - Failed Mechanism

This customer in Edgworth had a bathroom window that was stuck closed & wouldn’t open due to a failed window mechanism.🧐
We got the window opened non-destructively before replacing the faulty mechanism with a genuine replacement model, we also replaced the old handle as the latch was starting to deteriorate. Meaning our customer won’t need to contact us again in the near future when the handle eventually breaks, saving them money, stress, & time.✅
