Sticking Windows

Not anymore you don’t😁

We were called out this morning to a few windows & doors that were having trouble opening/closing.

We arrived around an hour later & set to work figuring out why this was the case - it turns out the windows had dropped, causing the rollers to get stuck on the strikes. Instead of installing a new hinge which would’ve just kicked the problem further down the line & failed in a few years time, we decided with the client to adjust the strikes leading to a longer lasting, more efficient solution👌.

Once the windows were sorted, we discovered that the front door handle springs had snapped, causing the handles not to spring back as they should. We got the customer a new pair ordered.

We also gave the patio door mechanisms & locks a little service to ensure smooth operation🤩
