This customer in Kearsley had a freezing cold bathroom, as their window wouldn’t latch closed.🥶🪟

We confirmed the mechanism was broken, identified it, and replaced it along with the strikes the very next day. Customer can now enjoy their bath without being freezing cold!😁😁
